Santa Visits Patients At Shriners Hospital For Children - 2015

12/16/15 - This year Santa arrived in Boston on a special sleigh from the Boston Fire Dept. His mission was joyful and simple, to bring an early Christmas to kids at the Shriners Hospital for Children.

Bowling
One of our many events. We all had a blast Bowling at King's Bowl to support the one's we truly care about. Such a great time.


Cooking Class

Team Brave patients from Shriners Hospital in Boston and Boston Firefighters and volunteers met up with Chef Saba at Sur La Table for a special cooking class.

Their hard work in the kitchen included rolling, cutting and drying pasta, as well as making a salad and decorating cupcakes. Fun and therapeutic activities helped engage and empower our kids! Go Team Brave!!


Ice Skating
This was a great day. We had many brave kids out ice skating to bear the harsh winter of 2015. Everybody had such a great time.


Rock Climbing

Another great event for the kids. They were very brave and excited to scale the walls.

For the 13th year, Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus and volunteers visit patients at Shriner's Hospital. It’s a tradition that began with a simple goal: to brighten the days of kids overcoming huge obstacles.

the kids and volunteers got footloose at the dance hall learning some Zumba. Everyone had a blast.

B.U. Challenge

B.U. Fraternity Pi Kappa Alpha hosted the Pike Firefighters Challenge
and raised $10,000 for the burn foundation.

Thanks to Chris Fitzgibbon, Greg Weitzner and the brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha. Also thanks you to the B.U. sororities that participated in the week long event.
